From the Garden (and sea)

This week it seemed that we harvested from every corner of our garden. From flowers and citrus, to freshly caught lobsters! and the first asparagus of the season, our yard was a cornucopia. It is awfully nice when the hard work pays off (and the bugs don't eat it all).

  1. Wonderful asparagus! I can't wait for ours to start for the season - hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks.

I checked out your About page to see where you live since you already have asparagus. I grew up in S.D. - from '75 to '96 and was just there last week for my dad's birthday. The weather was great :) The traffic not so much...

    1. Yes, there is a bit of traffic - though, fortunately we don't have to deal with it a daily basis. And, well, we love this city! It is America's finest..

We hope North Carolina is treating you well!

(I need to find a spot in my miniscule garden for asparagus.)
